From cutting to processing, our production plant uses the latest fully automatic machines: sash and window frame profiles are manufactured on two ultra-modern computer-controlled systems. The profiles are cut in one operation, and drainage elements, dowel holes, and countersinks are produced at the same time. In addition, markings for the installation of roller shutters and fittings are also applied. After the profiles are correspondingly stabilized with steel, they are then sent to the fusion welding process. After that, the gaskets, fittings, and insulated glass units are installed.
